Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

Minimum 4 years

in

Wind Energy Projects and Maintenance

Must have minimum 1 year

of direct experience in

WTG Erection

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

WTG erection sequence

(tower, nacelle, hub, rotor) for

Gamesa turbines

Ability to read and interpret

crane charts & crane hand signals

Strong knowledge in

torquing & tensioning

of bolts and connections Familiar with

all parts of wind turbine erection

(tower, nacelle, hub, blades, yaw, pitch systems, etc.) Sound knowledge of

HSE standards

in erection work Experience working with

Gamesa-specific tools & procedures

Team leadership and coordination with subcontractors & crane operators

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

mechanical erection of Gamesa Wind Turbine Generators

as per project schedule Supervise

crane operations

ensuring proper rigging, lifting, and placement of WTG components Ensure correct

torquing & tensioning

as per

Gamesa OEM specifications

Verify alignment and mechanical fitment of all turbine parts Coordinate with

electrical & commissioning teams

for smooth handover Maintain daily erection reports and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
