Business Development ExecutiveOverview:Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt Ltd is a 7-year-old Out-Of-Home advertising agency specializing in cab branding through its brand Wrap2Earn. Over the years, it has executed over 400 campaigns for 300+ clients across 42 cities in India. In early 2021, we launched LytAds, installing digital taxi screens in Mumbai to provide real-time, location-based ad services. Since its November 2021 launch, LytAds has executed 100+ campaigns.Recently, Wrap2Earn introduced BuzzOmni, expanding our advertisement offering to everything media. Additionally, we now manage Uber Shuttle media ownership, further strengthening our portfolio in the transit media space.Job Summary:Are you an energetic and ambitious sales professional looking to make your mark in the media industry? As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of our media platforms including cab branding, Uber Shuttle, digital taxi screens, and BuzzOmni.Roles & Responsibilities:- Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.- Client Engagement: Reach out to prospects, share company offerings, and build initial relationships.- Drive Sales Cycle: Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches independently to engage and convert clients.- Maintain Database: Keep detailed records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.- Market Research: Gather insights on market trends, competitors, and client needs.- Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and support deal closures.- Coordinate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.Requirements:- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (experience in media, advertising, OOH, digital, or related fields is a plus)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyWhat We Offer:- Dynamic and supportive work environment- Opportunities for career growth and development- Exposure to exciting projects and renowned clients- Competitive salary and benefitsExperience: 1 - 3 yearsLocation: Kolkata & Delhi Gurgaon Working Days: Monday - FridayWorking Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (ref:updazz.com)
