Key Requirements
Experience in
woven fabric manufacturing
, loom operations, and process control
Knowledge of
export quality standards
Ability to manage teams, meet production targets, and ensure quality compliance
Familiarity with looms such as
Airjet, Rapier, Sulzer, or Waterjet
(as applicable)
Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills
