About the Role:
The Workshop Trainer helps companies align their people with the organization's vision through structured workshops, participant engagement, and on-ground support. You will ensure smooth execution of the workshop journey and enable participants to think better, work better, and grow together.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-workshop sessions with management or team members.
Prepare and follow a complete workshop checklist before execution.
Conduct property/site surveys if required to ensure workshop readiness.
Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops effectively.
Ensure active engagement of all participants during and after the workshop.
Support participants throughout the workshop by:
Answering queries
Resolving doubts
Assisting with administrative needs
Providing support in medical emergencies or other property-related assistance
Define and deliver workshop content covering areas such as:
Time Management
Leadership Skills
Delegation Skills
Communication Skills
Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure participants adhere to commitments, using a customized and centralized follow-up system.
Observe participant behaviors, provide feedback, and help develop better working habits.
Work closely with management to share insights and track progress.
Create and update content for workshops.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Comfortable interacting with both leadership and ground teams.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate participants.
Strong understanding of human behavior and problem-solving abilities.
Patience, empathy, emotional balance, and strong people-handling skills.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.
