Job Summary

Samrat Superbikes Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Yamaha dealership, is looking for a Workshop Telecalling Executive. The role involves handling calls related to service bookings, customer follow-ups, service reminders, and feedback collection.

Responsibilities

Call customers to remind them about upcoming or due vehicle services Schedule and confirm service appointments Answer customer queries related to servicing and workshop timings Coordinate with the workshop team for appointment availability Record and update customer details in the system Collect feedback after service and report issues if needed Inform customers about service offers or AMC plans Maintain a professional and helpful attitude on all calls
Requirements

Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably in the automobile sector) Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language Basic understanding of two-wheeler servicing Familiar with MS Office and CRM or DMS software Customer-friendly and polite on the phone
Salary

As per industry standards with performance-based incentives
