Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Workshop Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations, ensure quality repairs, and coordinate between technicians and management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workshop operations and workflow Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload Ensure repairs and services are completed on time and as per quality standards Diagnose technical issues and support technicians when required Monitor productivity, efficiency, and discipline of workshop staff Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures Coordinate with service advisors regarding job status and delivery timelines Maintain job cards, work reports, and service records Identify training needs and guide technicians for skill improvement Handle customer concerns related to technical issues, if needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field Minimum 3-6 years experience in an automobile workshop (supervisory role preferred) Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and service procedures Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Good communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with diagnostic tools and workshop management systems Basic computer knowledge (job cards, reports, inventory coordination)
Preferred Candidates:

Experience with premium / performance vehicles is an advantage Candidates from organized workshops or multi-brand service centers Strong sense of responsibility and leadership mindset
