We are seeking a highly meticulous Workshop Supervisor and Store Keeper to join our automobile workshop in Idukki. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of service of specialist heavy vehicles and construction equipment's like excavator, JCB etc.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections on every serviced vehicle. Repair and Service with quality standards and OEM guidelines. Document and rectify if any deviations or quality concerns. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists. Conduct routine audits of the workshop and service processes to identify areas for improvement. Train and guide service team members on quality protocols and best practices. Perform scheduled maintenance and general repairs Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults. Manage Spare parts store, Purchases and its accounting.

Qualification:

Diploma/ITI (Automobile/Motor Mechanic)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Heavy Vehicle Service Workshop including specialist construction vehicle like JCB etc. Strong knowledge of high-end automobile service standards. Ability to work with service teams and influence quality-focused culture.
