Job Summary

Jolly Motors is hiring an experienced

Workshop Manager + Refurbishment Manager

to lead and manage workshop and refurbishment operations specifically for

used cars

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the

used car workshop

and

refurbishment division

. Handle mechanical repairs, denting-painting, detailing, and final vehicle quality checks. Evaluate and prepare cost-effective refurbishment estimates for incoming cars. Ensure high-quality standards for all refurbished vehicles before resale. Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and keep refurbishment costs within budget. Lead a team of technicians, mechanics, painters, and support staff. Coordinate with parts vendors and maintain inventory control. Maintain detailed job cards and service records for each vehicle. Ensure workshop cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company SOPs.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience

in workshop/refurbishment operations in the

used car industry

(multi-brand preferred). Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and body shop work. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Experience with diagnostic tools and workshop management systems. Good communication and time management skills. Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
