Experience- Minimum 5 years work experience of managing a workshop or should have worked as a senior floor supervisor in an automobile workshop.
Industry : Automobile Industry/EV Workshop
Education background-Desirable, if any: Graduate and Diploma in Mechanical/Electricals
Job Purpose:
To effectively manage workshop operations, ensuring revenue targets are met, and customers receive exceptional service while overseeing staff and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Job Responsibilities:

• xc2xb7 Manage overall store operations to achieve revenue targets.
• xc2xb7 Enhance customer experience through quality service and effective problem resolution.
• xc2xb7 Supervise and develop workshop staff.
• xc2xb7 Oversee inventory management and order supplies.
• xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations at the store level.
