Job Title: Workshop Manager NDT

Reports To: Chief Manager Workshop Ops
We are hiring a Workshop Manager NDT to lead and manage all Non-Destructive Testing operations, ensuring compliance with NAS410/EN4179, technical supervision, and the qualification of NDT personnel. The role ensures high-quality NDT support for aircraft maintenance and regulatory adherence. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical supervision of all NDT activities.
Perform duties as the company's designated Nominated Level 3 for NDT certifications.
Ensure compliance with NAS410/EN4179 and regulatory standards.
Develop, maintain, and update NDT manuals, procedures, and training programs.
Conduct regular internal system and product audits.
Oversee qualification and certification of NDT personnel.
Maintain updated written practices and ensure approval from Quality leadership.
Coordinate with engineering teams and external regulatory bodies. Skills & Competencies

Minimum:
10+2 (PCM) + Bachelor's degree (Engineering)
Certified NDT Level 3 (NAS410/EN4179)
5 7 years NDT experience with 2 years in Level 3/supervisory role
Desired:
Airbus/Boeing NDT experience
Experience in regulatory audits and NDT training development
