The Workshop Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end workshop operations, including production planning, quality control, Order process , Garments Desiging and inventory management, and timely delivery . This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a strong eye for detail
Manage complete workshop operations for Nakhrali's garment production.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily production tasks based on orders.
Supervise tailors, cutters, embroiders, and finishing staff.
Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct quality checks at every stage of garment production.
Identify defects and ensure corrective measures to reduce rework.
Coordinate with design team for new styles and specifications.
Maintain inventory of fabrics, trims, and other raw materials.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management.
Required Skills & Experience
1-7 years experience in garment production/workshop handling.
Strong knowledge of ethnic wear construction (cutting, stitching, embroidery).
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High attention to detail and quality.
Ability to handle multi-tasking and cross functional Team Coordination
