We are hiring a

Service / Workshop Manager

to manage vehicle servicing, repairs, and workshop operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicle uptime, supervising workshop staff, and maintaining service records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily workshop and vehicle maintenance operations Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance Supervise mechanics, technicians, and workshop helpers Ensure timely repair of transport vehicles Maintain service history, job cards, and maintenance records Coordinate with transport and operations team Manage spare parts inventory and vendor follow-ups Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) 2-5 years of experience as

Workshop Manager / Service Manager / Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Experience in

transportation, logistics, or fleet management

Knowledge of commercial vehicles (trucks, tempos, buses, etc.) Basic computer skills (Excel, maintenance records) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
