Job Description

Oversee daily workshop operations

- job allocation, vehicle servicing, and repairs.

Ensure timely and quality service delivery

with adherence to Tata Motors guidelines.

Manage workshop staff

- technicians, supervisors, and service advisors.

Resolve customer complaints

and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI).

Monitor productivity and efficiency

- labour hours, TAT, and job card flow.

Coordinate with parts department

for spares availability and inventory control.

Handle warranty claims and documentation

with Tata Motors.

Implement safety and cleanliness standards

across the workshop.

Maintain reports and data

- daily revenue, performance, and compliance metrics.

Conduct training and team development

for improving technical and soft skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
