Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day workshop activities.
Ensure timely servicing and repair of vehicles.
Monitor job allocation, productivity, and turnaround time.
Maintain high workshop efficiency and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining service quality.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Liaise with service advisors to ensure transparent communication with customers.
Team Management
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Conduct regular training and skill development for the workshop team.
Allocate jobs based on skills, workload, and efficiency.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
Maintain high levels of quality control and safety standards.
Conduct regular audits of tools, equipment, and service processes.
Financial & Business Targets
Monitor workshop revenue, profitability, and cost control.
Achieve service targets including upselling, labor utilization, and spare parts sales.
Prepare regular MIS reports for management review.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
5-10 years of experience in automobile service operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Prior experience in a car dealership workshop will be an advantage
