- Operations Manager Position: Operations Manager Department: Operations Location: Thane, HO Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage warehouse, workshop, and inventory operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Oversee e-commerce order processing, bulk orders, and supply chain management to achieve timely fulfilment.

Plan and manage raw material procurement and production schedules in alignment with business requirements.

Implement effective vendor management practices to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and t imely supply.

Monitor and control inventory/stock management, ensuring accuracy and minimal variance.

Prepare, analyse, and present MIS reports for operational performance, order status, and stock levels.

Develop, implement, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize operational workflows.

Manage and ensure proper disposal/utilization of unserviceable and obsolete material as per company guidelines.

Drive process improvement initiatives for efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization. Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of operations, supply chain, and inventory management

Expertise in e-commerce order processing & fulfilment

Proficiency in MIS reporting & data analysis

Hands-on experience in warehouse & workshop operations

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Qualifications & Experience:

5-10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in warehouse/workshop/inventory handling

Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
