Job Title: Workshop Manager

Function: Engineering Workshop Ops
Reports To: Chief Manager Workshop Ops
We are hiring a Workshop Manager to oversee the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant functioning of all workshops (excluding NDT). This role ensures high-quality maintenance of components, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to regulatory standards while meeting operational and financial targets. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage workshop operations to meet productivity, quality, and profit objectives.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with airworthiness, regulatory, and company standards.
Oversee resource planning, budgeting, asset acquisition, and safety compliance.
Supervise Authorization Holders, Technicians, and Trainees.
Maintain discipline, conduct performance evaluations, and identify training needs.
Support regulatory and customer audits; ensure corrections for audit findings.
Ensure licenses and training for workshop personnel remain valid.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless operations and workflow efficiency.
Improve workshop processes, resolve deviations, and implement continuous improvement. Skills & Competencies

Quality Assurance Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum:
10+2 (PCM) or equivalent
Bachelor's degree: B.Sc / BE / B.Tech in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Avionics)
Experience:
Minimum: 5 7 years in aircraft maintenance / workshop operations with 2 years supervisory
Desired:
Experience with Airbus/Boeing workshops
Familiarity with maintenance management systems
B1/B2 license preferred
