Job Description

Team Management:

Supervise mechanics, technicians, and other staff. Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on skills and availability. Ensure that the team follows safety protocols and operational standards.

Customer Service & Interaction:

Communicate directly with customers to understand their service needs. Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs or servicing. Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
3.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all repair work is completed according to manufacturer specifications. Perform inspections of the finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
4.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain the stock of spare parts and tools. Place orders for parts and equipment as needed. Maintain proper records of inventory and ensure efficient stock usage.
5.

Workshop Operations:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop. Oversee the scheduling of repairs, ensuring that jobs are completed on time. Ensure that all necessary tools and machinery are in working condition.
6.

Training & Development:

Train new technicians and staff on workshop procedures and standards. Keep the team updated on new technologies, vehicle models, and repair techniques.

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
