Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Workshop Foreman

to lead our premium car service centre operations. The ideal candidate will oversee workshop activities, ensure quality repairs, manage technician performance, and maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction for luxury and premium vehicles.

Duties

Supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient job allocation. Lead and motivate a team of technicians to meet productivity and quality targets. Oversee diagnosis, repair, and maintenance work for premium car brands (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Range Rover, etc.). Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer standards and comply with safety regulations. Coordinate with the Service Advisor team for accurate job card preparation and customer updates. Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory and ensure availability of necessary tools and parts. Train and mentor technicians to enhance skills and product knowledge. Resolve technical issues and provide hands-on assistance when needed. Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Strong technical knowledge of premium and luxury car brands. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues. Knowledge of modern diagnostic tools and repair techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Valid driving license.
