Job description \xc2\xb7 Design, plan, organize and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s objectives. \xc2\xb7 Working closely with Business Unit Head and having a full understanding of the Business unit and implementing effective learning solutions inclusive of need analysis design development, implementation, reporting, and evaluation. \xc2\xb7 Conduct pre-sales demo and post-sales product training in all schools to support the sales & marketing team \xc2\xb7 Conduct Refresher training for key and major clients, for optimal utilization of digital technology in the everyday teaching-learning environment. \xc2\xb7 Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. \xc2\xb7 Ability to handle objections and problems presented by clients and convert them into solutions. \xc2\xb7 Prepare various MIS reports related to Training & Development \xc2\xb7 Creating and conducting workshops on Leadership, Public Speaking, Body language, Art integration (NEP Principles), etc. Desired Candidate Profile: \xc2\xb7 A sharp eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for long periods of time. \xc2\xb7 Basic Computer experience such as Microsoft Office/Internet. \xc2\xb7 Skilled in verbal and written English communication \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical mind & Positive attitude and good learner and grasping power \xc2\xb7 Self-starter and ambitious , self-motivated. \xc2\xb7 good at concentrating for long spells \xc2\xb7 interested in the publishing industry \xc2\xb7 Academically: Graduation or post graduation should be from English medium \xc2\xb7 Should be comfortable with traveling on pan india.
