Workshop Executive (Two-Wheeler)

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate two-wheeler service and repair activities Understand customer service requirements and prepare job cards Assign work to mechanics and monitor job progress Ensure timely service delivery with quality standards Check availability and usage of spare parts Maintain service records and workshop documentation Handle customer queries and service-related complaints Ensure workshop cleanliness and safety compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Automobile background preferred) Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repair Good communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience may apply
