Position- Workshop Engineer

Experience- 1-4 years( Fresher's can apply)

Location- GIDC, Gandhinagar SEC 26

Qualification: BE(Mechanical) or Indo-German Tool Room Diploma

Key Responsibilities

CNC/VMC Programming & Operation

: Develop and implement CNC/VMC programs for machining operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Tool Room Management

: Oversee the maintenance and operation of tool room machines, including EDM, wire cut, and surface grinders.Indo German Tool Room - Ahmedabad

Quality Assurance

: Conduct inspections and ensure that all manufactured tools and components meet the required specifications and quality standards.

Training & Development

: Provide training to junior engineers and trainees in CNC programming, machine operations, and tool room practices.

Process Improvement

: Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of machine operations, maintenance schedules, and production data.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma from the Indo-German Tool Room.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in CNC/VMC programming and operation. Familiarity with tool room machinery such as EDM, wire cut, and surface grinders. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

Experience

: Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
