Job Title: Workshop AH(Authorization Holder)
Location: MRO Bengaluru (BLR)

Function: Engineering Workshop
Reports To: Workshop Manager
We are hiring a Workshop AH to manage and execute component production and service activities within Sheetmetal/Composite/Paint, Electrical, Powerplant, or Cabin workshops. The role ensures regulatory compliance, high-quality standards, and smooth workflow to support operational and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities
Produce components and deliver services as per contractual and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all tools, equipment, spares, and manuals meet airworthiness standards.
Maintain accurate technical records and coordinate with Technical Records for submissions.
Support other engineering divisions to maintain workflow efficiency.
Evaluate components for in-house repair/overhaul and improve workshop capabilities.
Supervise and maintain discipline among workshop staff.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure safety compliance.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Workshop Manager. Skills & Competencies

Process Discipline Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum:
10+2 (PCM) or equivalent
B.Sc / BE / B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Avionics
Experience:
Minimum: 3 5 years in aircraft maintenance or workshop operations
Desired: Airbus/Boeing component experience; B1/B2 license preferred
