Job Description

Production Management:

Developing and implementing production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively.

Staff Management:

Leading and managing teams of employees, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Quality Control:

Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that products meet established quality standards.

Safety Management:

Implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Maintenance Management:

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of all machinery.

Compliance:

Ensuring that all plant operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and procedures related to safety, environmental protection, and quality.

Cost Management:

Implementing strategies to optimize production costs, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

Identifying areas for improvement in production processes, safety procedures, and overall plant operations, and implementing solutions to enhance performance.

Communication and Collaboration:

Effectively communicating with all levels of staff, including upper management, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
