Works Manager

We are looking for a qualified

Mechanical Engineer

with

3 to 5 years of experience

in the engineering or manufacturing industry to take on the role of

Works Manager

at our copper busbar and wire manufacturing unit based in Howrah.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, hands-on experience in

managing production processes and workforce

, and a solid understanding of manufacturing machinery and quality control.

Candidates

residing in or around Howrah

will be preferred due to the nature of the role, which requires close and regular supervision of factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely order fulfillment Manage and allocate resources including manpower, materials, and machines Supervise a team of approximately 60 workers Implement quality control and safety measures Optimize productivity while minimizing costs and downtime

Location:

Factory at Howrah

Qualification:

B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

3-5 years in a manufacturing/engineering industry
