Job Type:

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all machine shop operations efficiently.

Well-versed in CNC, VMC, Turn mill programming, machine settings, and operations.

Knowledge of cold forging processes is mandatory.

Ensure production planning and control (PPC) is executed accurately.

Maintain high-quality standards across all operations.

Manage factory operations including manpower allocation and supervision.

Implement safety measures, process improvements, and cost control initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent understanding of production processes and machinery.

Ability to handle labour and manpower effectively.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills for smooth factory operations.
