Works Manager for Heavy Commercial Automobile Sector - VOLVO EICHER Service Center - Kottiyam



Manage, train, and direct the team of technicians. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of jobs to ensure efficiency and timely completion. Implement and enforce service procedures, standards, and policies. Ensure the service department operates profitably and efficiently. Manage service and parts inventory. Maintain a safe, clean, and operational work environment. Monitor and analyze department performance metrics and achieve set objectives. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues, working to resolve them effectively. Focus on customer satisfaction through quality repairs and timely service. May assist with customer follow-up programs and communicate with customers about their service needs. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards. Maintain accurate service records. Uphold and enforce organization and safety standards
