Workplace Services Partners are responsible to operate, maintain, improve and adapt the Capgemini workplaces premises and infrastructure for creating a safe, secure and effective working environment for the business to function. Ensure optimal occupancy of workspaces, managing space requirement, delivering high quality services within the workplaces, driving aAEURA~Service ExcellenceaAEURA(TM) supported by local, regional teams and external Global IFM partners.

Contribute to various activities and initiatives in a process handled by the Workplace Services team. Manage small and not complex Workplace Services projects and initiatives. Drive analysis, synthesis, communication, presentations providing management information as required. Coordination of Customer Satisfaction surveys. Analysis of Employee feedback relating to Workplace Services and suggesting and driving recommendations for improvement. Create Management reports as required. Supporting on reporting and ad hoc projects.
