Job Summary:
Lead and manage service delivery operations to ensure excellent customer experience, team performance, and process efficiency. Operate in a centralized, high-performing environment supporting virtual customers.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven leadership with 10-15 years of experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management
People management and inclusive team leadership
Customer service and change/process management
Proficiency in Excel and intuitive PowerPoint creation
Strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration
Problem-solving and solution development
Ability to learn new tools and technologies
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of space utilization and facilities management
Experience with workplace tools and processes
Key Responsibilities:
Govern daily operations and performance of the team
Monitor SLAs, report metrics, and drive service improvements
Build global client relationships and resolve issues tactfully
Develop team capabilities and foster engagement
Manage recruitment, coaching, and career development
Collaborate on process improvements and policy escalations
Use data storytelling and tools (e.g., Power BI) for insights
Conduct quality assurance and ensure operational excellence
Generate reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making
Lead service performance reviews with stakeholders
