Job Summary:
Lead and manage service delivery operations to ensure excellent customer experience, team performance, and process efficiency. Operate in a centralized, high-performing environment supporting virtual customers.
Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven leadership with 10-15 years of experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • People management and inclusive team leadership
  • Customer service and change/process management
  • Proficiency in Excel and intuitive PowerPoint creation
  • Strategic alignment and cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem-solving and solution development
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of space utilization and facilities management
  • Experience with workplace tools and processes
Key Responsibilities:
  • Govern daily operations and performance of the team
  • Monitor SLAs, report metrics, and drive service improvements
  • Build global client relationships and resolve issues tactfully
  • Develop team capabilities and foster engagement
  • Manage recruitment, coaching, and career development
  • Collaborate on process improvements and policy escalations
  • Use data storytelling and tools (e.g., Power BI) for insights
  • Conduct quality assurance and ensure operational excellence
  • Generate reports, analyze trends, and support decision-making
  • Lead service performance reviews with stakeholders
Additional Information:
  • Must be flexible to support US and Europe working hours.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual and global environment
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office and requires working from office

Education: Graduate or equivalent
