About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to join our HR Operations team as a Workplace Practice Administrator. Based in Pune, this role is responsible for managing employee data in SAP, ensuring transactional accuracy, and delivering consistent HR services across multiple operating companies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining data integrity and service quality.
What you'll do

  • Accurately prepare and process HR transactions in SAP across various HR processes.
  • Ensure timely and consistent service delivery in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity across systems and manual processes.
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring all transactions are complete and compliant.
  • Contribute to a customer-focused service environment by proactively addressing issues and preventing escalations
Who you are
  • A graduate from any discipline, with a keen interest in HR operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP or SuccessFactors (OM & PA modules) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A fresher or someone with up to 2 years of experience in SAP end-user roles.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
