Maintain excellent customer service delivery at all times
Provide the first impression of our company and serve as a point of contact for associates, customers, vendors, and guests
Manage day-to-day office management activities, including event planning, meeting support, vendor management, company productivity tool utilization, phone support, ticket management, and office space presentability and presence
Serve as a point of contact for all maintenance and repair issues between building and property management teams and outside vendors
Exemplify creative problem-solving skills for office stakeholders and business teams
Be responsible for regional program team support; implement global and regional GWS programs and guidelines
Identify trends, patterns, and relationships in data analytics
Provide budget and accounting support for local operations, including finance tracking, budgeting, and invoice processing
Support office services and programs like snack and drink programs, food service and catering, ergonomics, space management, building maintenance, and office branding and design
Implement GWS initiatives by preparing and presenting project and program business justifications, including scope of work and budget requirements, ROI, ongoing real-time on-demand status updates, etc.
Communicate cross-functionally within the office through email and in-person
What you will bring
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of related experience
Exceptional customer-service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to maintain professional business appearance at all times
High attention to detail and advanced skills in developing systems and processes for smooth office operations
Motivated with the ability to work with little direct supervision in a fast-paced corporate environment; good time and task management skills
