Workplace Lead
Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Workplace Lead to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational excellence and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support
Coordinate with C-suite executives on strategic planning and execution
Prepare executive communications, presentations, and board materials
Coordinate strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
Operations Management
Provide update for key department initiatives
Facilitate leadership team meetings and follow-up on action items
Team Leadership
Coordinate with department heads on organizational alignment
Coordinate and update change management initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4-5 years in strategy consulting, real estate planning, project management or facilities management
Education: Degree in Real Estate or Facilities Management or equivalent. Advanced degree MBA preferred
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Project management expertise
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
Preferred Background
Previous experience supporting C-level executives
Industry experience in Real Estate, Facilities Management and Project Management
Track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience with board-level communications
