Workplace Experience Lead
Oversee end-to-end workplace and office operations, ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Manage office communication and act as the first point of contact for workplace-related inquiries.
Manage daily facilities functions including reception, housekeeping, security coordination, space planning, and vendor management
Supervise cafeteria operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, cost optimization, and employee satisfaction.
Handle transport and shuttle services, ensuring safety, smooth planning, and quick resolution of any issues.
Manage workplace technology systems such as access control, visitor management, and ticketing tools, and mail room operation
Analyze feedback and operational data to improve services and optimize space utilization.
Ensure office maintenance, cleanliness, supplies, and safety protocols are consistently upheld.
Coordinate events, celebrations, wellness activities, and culture-building initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related inquiries and communication.
Maintain high standards of hospitality across front-of-house operations and support meeting room setups and office tech functionality
Manage office access, security protocols, and emergency preparedness procedures.
