We are seeking a

Workplace Experience Designer

who blends creativity, technical expertise, and client engagement to deliver impactful corporate and commercial interiors. This role focuses on designing modern, functional, and visually engaging workplaces that enhance productivity, brand identity, and employee experience.
You'll be involved across the full design lifecycle--from early concept ideation to execution support--working closely with clients, project teams, and site stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for designers who enjoy ownership, collaboration, and shaping high-quality workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

Workspace Design & Visualization

Create detailed space plans, 2D drawings, and high-quality 3D visualizations for offices, co-working hubs, and commercial interiors.
Develop design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and client objectives.
Produce design presentations, material boards, and finish selections aligned with brand and workplace goals.

Client Interaction & Design Advisory

Engage directly with clients to gather briefs, understand business needs, and present design concepts.
Incorporate client feedback into refined design solutions while maintaining design integrity.
Act as a design consultant, advising on layout efficiency, materials, and workplace best practices.

Design Delivery & Coordination

Work closely with project managers, architects, and execution teams to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
Support preparation of BOQs, drawings, and specifications for smooth execution.
Track design timelines and maintain consistency across multiple projects.

Innovation & Design Excellence

Research and apply emerging workplace trends, materials, and technologies.
Introduce creative ideas that enhance user experience, flexibility, and sustainability in workplace environments.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

4-5 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably focused on corporate or commercial projects.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end workplace or office fit-out designs.

Technical & Creative Skills

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent design software.
Ability to develop clear layouts, compelling 3D visuals, and presentation-ready design decks.
Solid understanding of workplace planning, corporate interiors, and commercial materials.

Soft Skills

Confident communicator with strong client presentation and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across teams.
Ability to manage feedback, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
