Role Overview

As a

Working Partner

, you will play a leading role in managing the academy, converting leads into sales, overseeing operations, and driving profit in both the training and client service verticals. This is not a job - it's a long-term

Key Responsibilities

Co-manage day-to-day operations of the academy Convert leads into training admissions and marketing clients Lead the sales and marketing team with focus on growth Maintain the quality and performance of the academy's infrastructure Develop new training and internship models Build strategic partnerships to grow the client base Monitor finances, profit-sharing, and business expansion plans

Who We're Looking For

Passionate individuals with a background in

sales, marketing, or business operations

Must be willing to work on-site in

Kochi

and manage operations full-time Prior experience in digital marketing or managing a team is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership drive Someone who can

invest ?5 Lakhs

(structured as ?50K per month for 10 months)
