Role description

The Workfront Core Developer is responsible for the technical design configuration integration and support of the Workfront platform This individual will focus on the core Workfront capabilities configuration automation reporting workflows and also work on integrations often via Workfront Fusion or APIs to connect Workfront to other enterprise systems The role bridges business processes and technical execution ensuring Workfront meets business needs and scales effectively

Key Responsibilities

Configure the Workfront platform to meet business requirements setup tasks projects portfolios programs define user roles teams groups access rights



Translate business process stakeholder requirements into technical implementation plans project templates workflows custom forms automations dashboards and reports



Build maintain and optimise reporting and dashboards within Workfront including Text Mode Reports to provide visibility into workflows and KPIs



Developconfigure integration solutions either via Workfront APIs SOAPREST or via Workfront Fusion or other iPaaSETL tools Example integrate Workfront with CRM ERP DAM timesheets event platforms



Maintain system hygiene and governance ensure configuration aligns with naming conventions securitycompliance requirements upgrade readiness user adoption system performance



Provide support Postdeployment maintenance monitoring usageadoption gathering user feedback making improvement adjustments



Work closely with business stakeholders PMO architects consultingdelivery teams to ensure alignment and strong user adoption and value realisation

Required Skills Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred



3 years experience often 35 years working with Workfront configurationdevelopment or in similar workmanagemententerprise SaaS roles



Strong handson experience configuring Workfront custom forms workflows templates groupsteams licenses etc



Experience with reportingdashboards in Workfront Text Mode Report Builder etc



Proficiency in integrations RESTSOAP APIs vendor systems data migrations 3rdparty system connections



Working knowledge of scriptingprogramming eg Java Python JavaScript and relational databasesSQL is a plus



Excellent communication skills ability to work with business stakeholders convey technical concepts to nontechnical users



Strong analytical problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
