What you will do
As first responder, the Application Support Analyst will troubleshoot incidents and actively work to
resolve them or escalate as appropriate.
\xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate and understand customer incidents and requests.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work directly with internal customers to troubleshoot issues encountered during daily
activities and resolve application/system issues efficiently to drive customer satisfaction.
\xef\x82\xb7 Build relationships and trust with the internal customers through open and interactive
communication.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with internal HRIS and IT Analysts and management to reduce defects and
improve overall product/system performance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for reported incidents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identifying product bugs and engaging development team
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining and creating knowledgebase articles

Additional Information

What you will need
Must Haves:
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or
equivalent work experience).
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in configuring and managing time and attendance systems, preferably
WorkForce.
\xef\x82\xb7 Time and Attendance configuration experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Extensive SQL querying and Data analysis experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Report requirements gathering, documentation and writing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at
all levels of the organization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Willing to work on weekends and/or after hours.
\xef\x82\xb7 Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Good To Have:
\xef\x82\xb7 Certified in SQL querying and Data analysis experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 System Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline
processes, and improve efficiency.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in training end-users and providing technical support is preferred.
\xef\x82\xb7 Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry, review data integrity, and
troubleshoot data-related issues.
