Candidate with experience in Resource Management and Staffing, Bench Management, Deployment, etc.
Qualification Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred)
Experience 5 to 7 Years, with good communication, positive attitude, Negotiation and analytical skills, good logical & systematic approach to work, strong ability to solve problems & make decisions on time.
Resourcing, Implement Staffing plan / solution, Forecasting, Delivery/Business Engagement Bench Management, Employee engagement, Succession Planning, Demand and Supply Management, ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Role and responsibilities-
Handle Core resourcing activities like allocation, staffing plan with the business. Manage Ramp-downs and ramp-ups effectively and provide capability, forecast and headcount data to plan for their staffing needs.
Demand and Supply Management along with maximum utilization of available resources by proper allocation and resource management.
Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
Handle employee grievances and provide counselling with respect to career path within the scope of the role.
Proven skill in MS Office tools (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Macros, etc).
Closely coordinate with the Pre-sales / Engagement Directors to understand future incoming business.
