We are looking for candidates with deep expertise in Time and Absence applications who are enthusiastic about driving efficiency, fostering an innovation culture in software development lifecycle practices. You will play a pivotal role in an ongoing Time and Absence transformation and will be responsible for implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. We focus on:
Technical platform ownership of Time & Absence solutions.
Strategic alignment on the technology solutions deployed across the business units for the above modules.
Technology solutioning, technical evaluations of best of the breed solutions available on the market.
? Key responsibilities of the role:
Understand business requirements, perform POCs and implement solutions
Work closely with product owner, technical platform owner and architects to align on roadmaps and solutions
Implement, update and deploy new integrations or updating existing integrations
Engage with vendors on product issues and solutions
Collaborate with other product teams on end-to-end impact of features
Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution
? Key skills and requirements:
Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and Dell Boomi
Understanding of Dell Boomi architecture and experience with Dell Boomi integrations
Expertise with one or more modules of UKG Pro WFM - Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, Advance Scheduling
o Ability to setup or modify configurations o Experience with JSON, HTML, Java script, Groovy and SQL
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage ambiguity
Strong time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in MS Office tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
Fluency in English
Preferred:
Broad set of experiences with HR, Timekeeping and Payroll applications
UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) certification is highly preferred
Manufacturing industry experience
Implementation experience with UKG Pro WFM
Exhibit high levels of energy, agility and adaptability
Ability to work on global teams with cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
