Job Description

Training Need Analysis: Identify gaps in training/expectations of associates and leaders and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement training and development opportunities. Communicate regularly with Leaders from Assigned Areas to Gather Training Needs and Report on Training Initiatives Facilitate periodic reviews to validate list of training needs for processes and equipment Ensure world class facilitation and curriculum delivery. Collaborate with manufacturing trainers to ensure their alignment with buddy and manufacturing associates (Manufacturing Operators) Work With Subject Matter Experts to Develop and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures And Work Instructions Develop Graphs And Charts For Metrics Reporting Compliance to ISO, IATF, RBA standards and Customer Requirements. Face and facilitate internal and external audits / GAP assessments
