Role Summary
The Workflow & Training Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring efficient operations and responsiveness within NielsenIQ's Visualization team. This individual manages incoming design and communication requests from global stakeholders--many of which require urgent attention--and ensures tasks are assigned to the appropriate team members with speed and accuracy. In addition, the role oversees onboarding and continuous training of team members, maintaining high standards and alignment with workflow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Management

  • Receive, evaluate, and triage global requests for visualization support
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency, complexity, and resource availability
  • Assign requests to the appropriate team members and monitor progress
  • Serve as the main point of contact for requestors, ensuring clarity in communication and timelines
  • Track and report on workflow metrics such as turnaround time, request volume, and completion rates
Training & Onboarding
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new Visualization Specialists
  • Develop ongoing training materials and sessions on tools, processes, and brand guidelines
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate development opportunities across the team
  • Maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
Operational Support
  • Partner with the Associate Lead and Communications leadership to enhance team efficiency
  • Streamline intake and delivery processes with templates, automation, and feedback loops
  • Proactively surface bottlenecks, risks, or quality concerns for resolution
Qualifications
Competencies
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Design Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, traffic management, or production
