As a Workflow Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing workflows, guiding team members, and ensuring productivity and performance standards are met. We're looking for a proactive and motivating team player who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Work closely with Team Leaders to promote a positive team culture
Handle customer complaints and manage escalations professionally
Manage high-volume workloads to ensure deadlines are not missed
Delegate assignments and tasks with clear expectations and timelines
Assist in developing productivity and quality metrics
Participate in process improvement initiatives and encourage others to contribute
Assist in training new team members and onboarding
Identify training needs and provide coaching
Audit and create reports to track filings on a month-to-month basis
Organize team building activities to foster an inspiring work environment
Monitor team performance and provide feedback to Team Leaders
Motivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain service excellence
Collaborate with CSC's Change Management Team for new processes or technology updates
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need
8 - 10 years of customer service experience
Demonstrated alignment with CSC values: service, teamwork, tenacity, agility, and being genuine
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong ability to multi task and prioritize high-importance projects
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong research and analytical abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Strong problem solving skills and decision making abilities
Proven ability to lead, influence, and engage peers
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline driven environment
