Role: Workflow Coordinator (Graduate Position)Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor the daily workflow of dental lab cases Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery Track progress of work across departments and resolve any workflow issues Maintain accurate records and case logs Communicate with other departments to streamline operations Identify areas for improvement and support process optimization

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate (any discipline - science, healthcare, or business preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and time management Willingness to learn about dental lab processes (training provided) Basic computer skills (Excel, email, task management software)
