Responsibilities

• Work closely with our Stakeholders to contribute to
• the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and
• maintenance of the Workday modules including, but
• not limited to: HCM, Onboarding, Absence
• Management, Manager and Employee self-service.
• Manage and maintain Workday as a functional and
• technical expert. Continually research, test and stay up
• to date on all Workday releases and fixes. Review with
• the business and help drive the deployment of new
• features.
• Translate business requirements into system
• requirements, design specifications and document
• new and/or existing application requirements. Ensure
• that new or existing systems meet business
• requirements and practices and that all application
• interface issues/concerns are understood,
• documented and addressed satisfactorily.
• Ensure system security permissions are appropriately
• set up. Adhere and support HCM SOX control
• compliance.
• Design, develop and support dashboards and reports
• that will help our leaders understand and visualize
• data.

• Exposure on integration (EIB, Webservices, Connectors)
• Exposure in Troubleshooting of various modules at
• AMS level.
• Building, automating, and releasing solutions on
• demand
• Interact with Client and Business team on requirement
• gathering and project implementations
• Exposure on data loads and conversions and
• migrations
• Experience in creating dashboards and Worklets.
• Migration of application across different instances for
• data recall.
• Exposure on Job catalog from the scratch.
• Experience in creating alerts and to schedule jobs and
• monitor the scheduled events.
