JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Tester with strong hands-on experience in Workday Financials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing test cases to ensure high-quality Workday implementations and releases. While Workday certification is an advantage, candidates with deep functional and testing experience in Workday Financials will also be considered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases for Workday Financials modules (e.g., Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Order to Cash, Expenses, Banking, and Projects). Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate business processes, integrations, reports, and configurations within Workday Financials. Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects using established tools and processes. Support end-user testing activities, including UAT planning and execution. Ensure testing aligns with business objectives, project timelines, and release schedules. Participate in testing of Workday updates and new releases to assess impact on existing configurations and processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

3-6 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Tester or Functional Analyst with a focus on Workday Financials. Strong understanding of core financial processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Banking, Assets, and Projects). Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation and using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr). Knowledge of Workday integrations and report testing. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
