Role: Workday Test Lead
Duration: FTE with Tech Tammina
Location: India (Remote)
Salary: Market
Must Have:
- 7+ years' experience leading Workday testing efforts in post-implementation or transformation projects.
- Ability to design test plans, scenarios, and scripts for job architecture and business processes.
- Familiarity with Jira Xray or similar test management tools.
- Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication and defect tracking abilities.
- Familiarity with Global Job Architecture (GJA) or similar Workday configuration projects.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Background in process improvement within testing lifecycles.
