Position: Workday Test Lead
Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Workday Test Lead to support a global Workday initiative for a leading consumer healthcare company. The role involves leading end-to-end testing for Workday job architecture transformation, ensuring smooth business process functionality, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Workday testing efforts in post-implementation or transformation projects.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts for job architecture and business processes.
Manage UAT, defect tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for testing deliverables.
Must Have:
7+ years experience in Workday testing leadership.
Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira Xray).
Excellent coordination, communication, and defect management skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Global Job Architecture (GJA) or similar projects.
Familiarity with automation frameworks.
Exposure to process improvement in testing lifecycles.
