Must have hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation and Talent Management modules Assist with maintenance and configuration of existing Workday Core HCM application Assist with updating system configuration (to include business processes updates, eligibility rules, validation rules, BP security, notifications) Work on application requirements, gathering and design including process and gap analysis Test and deploy business process solutions Provide best practice and solutions for Core HCM functional Area and other technical requirements Create Workday reports (create dashboards) including Advanced reports Must have good experience working on various integration tools & methodologies- EIBs, CCW, Studio, PICOF and PECI Must have Workday Release management experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills and working with business Active in Workday Community (connected and up to date on Workday Core HCM technology) Perform POCs and offer recommendations to improve our Workday Solutions and our implementation methodology BIRT Report knowledge will be an added advantage
