About the role
As a Workday - Talent and Recruitment Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and leadership in all aspects of software development and solution design, implementation and delivery on large complex projects or programs.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
Designing and configuration experience in Workday Talent and Recruitment modules
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business objectives.
Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices for Talent/Recruitment.
Knowledge of new AI features in Workday Talent/Recruitment area is a plus.
Recommend process improvements and innovative solutions.
Maintain awareness on development standards across peers by conducting regular workshops and training session (knowledge sharing)
This pivotal role will be a part of our Business Enterprise Applications Technology team, reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager (Talent and Recruitment).
