Responsibilities:
Serve as a Lead analyst for Workday Recruitment and actively participate in the design, planning, and support of Workday.
A strong understanding of Workday's Talent Acquisition module is crucial. This includes knowledge of and optimizing job requisitions, offer letters, approvals, reports, and business processes.
Participate in design, development, implementation, and change management of Workday Recruit/Recruitment-related projects.
Knowledge of integrating Workday with other systems, such as Eightfold, is beneficial.
Analyze, design, and research system configuration for Workday.
Monitor and research system integration issues around data, performance, scheduling, and file transmissions.
Coordinate and communicate resolution on issues with IT support teams and business teams.
The Role Offers:
Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting (including scheduled reports), business process maintenance, security administration, data loads, and data audits.
Capture functional business requirements by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
Participate in all aspects of the SDLC from project inception through post-production.
Design and prototype solutions, present options as needed.
Build advanced reports and calculated fields to support core processes and assist the HR Analytics team.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple teams to ensure effective and timely completion, as well as assess the readiness of the teams.
Essential Skills:
Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Utilize AI tools (such as Workday Illuminate and HiredScore) to rank candidates, automate workflows, and improve recruiter productivity.
Collaborate with hiring managers and teams in real-time using integrated communication tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack.
Build and nurture candidate pipelines, especially for high-volume recruitment.
Create branded career sites and engaging job postings with multimedia content.
Provide a seamless candidate experience on both mobile and desktop platforms, including real-time application status updates and interview scheduling.
Analyze recruiting metrics and compliance data to optimize hiring processes.
Support internal mobility and onboarding processes through integration with broader Workday HCM functions.
